Short Order Poems, featuring Timothy Bradford, Chad Reynolds, and special guest poets, offers patrons a rotating menu of poetry served fresh and hot off vintage typewriters.They serve the public each month from March to October at the H&8th Night Market in downtown Oklahoma City. SOP chapbooks are available at Elemental Coffee Roasters, Plenty, and other retailers around the metro. SOP also helps produce the Ralph Ellison Public Library Monthly Writing Workshops and can be experienced virtually on their Tumblr as well as via Facebook and Twitter.
Timothy Bradford is the author of the poetry collection Nomads with Samsonite (BlazeVOX [books], 2011) and the introduction to Sadhus (Cuerpos Pintados, 2003), a photography book on the ascetics of South Asia. Currently, he is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Oklahoma State University.
Chad Reynolds is the author of three chapbooks of poetry, most recently Buenos Aires (Rye House Press, 2013) and City of Tomorrow (Greying Ghost Press, 2013). The Drummer is forthcoming from Greying Ghost Press in 2015. He lives near downtown Oklahoma City with his wife and two sons.
